* Dates you are inquiring about
* What service you are interested in
* How many visits per day
* Describe your pet(s) (how many, what breed, weight, size, etc)
* If your pet is on medication and how often dispensed?
GIFT CERTIFICATE
Give the gift of Pet Sitting or Boarding to someone who is hard to buy for or who has everything!
Order gift certificates for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, etc. by filling in your information and then on the first line of the Comments type GIFT CERTIFICATE along with the following information:
Gift Certificate Amount
Name of person(s) receiving the Gift Certificate
Name of person(s) giving the Gift Certificate
When a Gift Certificate request has been received, we will contact you with the mailing address to send your check, payable to Safe At Home, LLC. When your check clears, your Gift Certificate will be printed with the above information and mailed to you within 5 business days.
